Mr. Vinograd is the founding Partner of the Law Offices of Joshua B. Vinograd, PC. He has significant experience in Worker’s Compensation Insurance Defense, contract disputes, employment law and general litigation. Mr. Vinograd has been lead and sole trial counsel for jury trials, bench trials, administrative law trials and alternative dispute resolution trials. Mr. Vinograd has extensive and considerable experience in all aspects of Worker’s Compensation Defense.
Mr. Vinograd served as a law clerk to the Hon. Virginia A. Phillips in the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Mr. Vinograd has been employed at Stockwell, Harris, Woolverton & Fox; Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, LLP; and Newmeyer & Dillion, LLP prior to starting the Law Offices of Joshua B. Vinograd, PC.
Mr. Vinograd has over 22 years of experience as a litigator, including 12 years as a civil litigator and 10 years in Worker’s Compensation. Mr. Vinograd thoroughly works up all of his files, has a strong settlement track record and has significant trial experience should a file require trial. Mr. Vinograd has been lead or sole trial counsel in more than 5 civil litigation trials, including jury trials, bench trials and alternative dispute resolution trials. Mr. Vinograd has tried more than 5 worker’s compensation matters successfully, including multiple findings from judges that there was no industrial injury/take-nothing. A foundational element in Mr. Vinograd’s professional make-up is the desire to provide the highest quality legal services in the most cost-effective manner for his clients. Mr. Vinograd takes his responsibility to his clients very seriously.
Mr Vinograd has prepared and provided seminars/lectures for clients and employers on multiple topics, including How to Evaluate Medical Reports: Substantial Medical Evidence; How to Defend an Alter Ego Claim in Worker’s Compensation; Work Injury Reporting Requirements for Employers; and Subpoenas and Document Production in Worker’s Compensation.

Mr. Jameson joined the Law Offices of Joshua B. Vinograd, PC in March of 2017. Mr. Jameson has been practicing Worker’s Compensation defense for more than 15 years. Mr. Jameson has extensive and considerable expertise in all aspects of Worker’s Compensation Insurance Defense. Mr. Jameson has been employed at Stockwell, Harris, Woolverton & Fox, The Law Offices of Robert Wheatley, Thomas Maupin Law and Sedgwick Claims Management Services prior to working at the Law Offices of Joshua B. Vinograd, PC.
Mr. Jameson has close relationships with the employers directly, carriers and third party administrators. Mr. Jameson is extremely well versed in all aspects of Worker’s Compensation Insurance Defense. Mr. Jameson has prepared and presented numerous seminars/lectures on a variety of pertinent worker’s compensation topics for carriers, clients and employers.
