Mr. Vinograd is the founding Partner of the Law Offices of Joshua B. Vinograd, PC. He has significant experience in Worker’s Compensation Insurance defense, contract disputes, and general litigation. Mr. Vinograd has extensive trial experience in civil courts, administrative law courts and alternative dispute resolution. Mr. Vinograd has extensive and considerable experience in all aspects of Worker’s Compensation Defense.
Mr. Vinograd served as a law clerk to the Hon. Virginia A. Phillips in the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Mr. Vinograd has been employed at Stockwell, Harris, Woolverton & Fox; Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, LLP; and Newmeyer & Dillion, LLP prior to starting the Law Offices of Joshua B. Vinograd, PC.
Mr. Vinograd has over 25 years of experience as a litigator, including 12 years as a civil litigator and 13 years in Worker’s Compensation. Mr. Vinograd thoroughly works up all of his files, has a strong settlement track record and has significant trial experience should a file require trial. Mr. Vinograd has been lead or sole trial counsel in more than 5 civil litigation trials, including jury trials, bench trials and alternative dispute resolution trials. Mr. Vinograd has tried more than 5 worker’s compensation matters successfully, including multiple findings from judges that there was no industrial injury/take-nothing. A foundational element in Mr. Vinograd’s professional make-up is the desire to provide the highest quality legal services in the most cost-effective manner for his clients. Mr. Vinograd takes his responsibility to his clients very seriously.
